An Auburndale man was arrested on June 11, 2025; he is accused of peeping into the homes of two female neighbors.
On April 30th, the PCSO began investigating complaints about suspicious behavior by 28-year old Tyler Mountain of Auburndale.
Other residents of the mobile home park where Mountain resided reported that the man appeared to be surreptitiously recording or photographic people in their homes, using his cell phone.
At the conclusion of the investigation, a detective determined Tyler Mountain had: entered the curtilage of Victim 1's residence and peeped inside with a cell phone on two occasions; stepped up onto Victim 2's landing outside of her residence on two occasions for the reasons of voyeurism.
The four known incidents were committed during overnight hours.
On June 11th, Tyler Mountain was booked-in at the Polk County Jail, and charged with: Burglary of an Occupied Dwelling (2-counts), Voyeurism (2-counts), Stalking (2-counts), and Loitering & Prowling (2-counts).
In November of 2023, the PCSO arrested Mountain for exposing himself to two women during two different incidents.
